Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — rates calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cindykooy@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
